Print Refund Policy

• All payments are final and nonrefundable.

• Full payment is required when the dumpster rental is scheduled.

• A reservation is not confirmed until Belles Dumpster Rental receives and accepts payment.

• Customers must verify the rental date, delivery location, rental period, and intended use before booking.

• No refunds, credits, reimbursements, or payment reversals are provided for:

  • Customer cancellations or changes of plans

  • Failure to use the dumpster

  • Finishing a project early

  • Incorrectly estimating the amount of waste

  • Inaccessible delivery or pickup locations

  • Failure to obtain required permits

  • Prohibited or improperly mixed materials

  • Other circumstances caused by the customer or project site

• Belles Dumpster Rental may allow rescheduling at its sole discretion and subject to availability.

• Approval to reschedule does not create a right to a refund, credit, or additional rescheduling.

By scheduling and paying, the customer confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to the policy.
